Stone Edge Snow Removal

This company comes every time it snows and takes the snow removed and covers every driveway in its path. If a house across from you in cleared, expect to be shoveling it off of your driveway. No care. Sloppy. And when you try to address it, you get ignored and left standing in the mess they left you.
They don't deserve a single cent from anyone. They shouldn't be in business to begin with.

If it start snowing early morning, you have to wait during the day to see what time they want to come (usually after 11 am); that means if you need to take your car to work, you still need to shovel your drive way.
Today for example, it has been snowing during the day, we havemore than 10 cm of snow; it is 2 pm and they have not even show up. When you call to ask for the service , they say that they clean 10 cm or more; what they do not say is that if it is going to snow more than 10, you would need to wait until they fell it is time to do it . That way, you pay almost $400 to still shovel every time it snows to be able to go your car out .other wise, you need to pay for public transportation

This company has greatly declined in service. When they were first establishing themselves they would clear your driveway before you went to work. They worked over nights and always came back to check and clear any City dumping.
This year, they don’t arrive before lunch time or later in my area and I have to clear the end of my driveway to get my car out for work!
I guess this is what happens when you get too big. What they should realize is getting customers is easy…. Keeping customers is where the work begins!!!

We have been customers in good standing for over a decade. We have paid our invoice in full as soon as it is received. The quality of service from this company has greatly declined in the last 2 years. Why, I do not know?! Today I had to beg via an email for them to come do our driveway. In its present state, I do not recommend this snow removal company.

I just watched two plows do a superb job on my driveway. One did the drive and then they worked in tandem to clear the end of the drive where the city plow leaves a pile of snow.
The driveway is clean and clear now and I can get out of the driveway easily.
Stoneedge has given me excellent service ever since I hired them for the past three years.

I had an issue with the removal on our first snow this year. I contacted them through email and they responded right away through email and minutes later the snow plow came to fix the issue. I would gladly recommend them. We've been with this company for 10+ years and I have only had to contact them twice in all that time.

We used Stone Edge last winter for our driveway (no walkway), and they were consistently prompt and frequent. It probably helped that most of the homes on our street in Riverside South also used them.

Nothing but good things to say. Will use again next year. Price was reasonable given it was no additional charge for the three car driveway vs the standard two car.

I don't remember the exact cost, but it was around $300 for the whole winter, I believe.
