I hired Manjur to get the home inspection done for a house that was fairly old. He did an excellent job and made a very detailed report of the issues. He checked every nook and corner of the house , identified potential problems and recommended good solutions. I will definitely hire him again for any future inspections. Manjur inspected a10 year old house for me during the purchase process. He was very through, professional, responsible and extremely knowledgeable about fine details. Manjur did one year home inspection for our house. he did great job of finding a crack in our foundation and many other issues which we would have never seen. He saved us much more than the cost of inspection. I highly recommend him.

We are first time home buyers, so we were very nervous going through all the processes. Finding a good home inspector was a game of chance when you can only depend on reviews. We were so happy we choose Reliable Home Inspections!! Manjur is the BEST!! He was there long before the scheduled time, and had already did a walk around the property. He's very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything so we could understand. This is an older home, and we knew it would need some TLC. Manjur was not afraid to get dirty to find potential issues, and provided a lot of helpful tips, and recommendations that will definitely benefit us. The report was very thorough, and he provided so many photos along with shots from the thermal imaging. He allowed us to video the entire inspection for reference as long as we promised not to make him a YouTube Star haha!! Also he has a great sense of humor lol!! We were very pleased, and satisfied with his service, and he helped put our minds at ease... We would definitely recommend his services, and would not hesitate to hire him again If needed.

Manjur has complete a wonderful job for our new house inspection. The report is thorough and he found so many defects which were not mentioned by builder's PDI inspection. If this is first time to buy a house and have no experience living in a house, Manjur's inspection is a good choice to help you understand your further maintenance and what should be fixed from the builder. So many friends tell me that there is no perfect new house in the world, you need to let your builder to fix all defects which can be found in a good inspection.
