We had good experience with this company. The job was exterior painting of one house wall plus the chimney. We had called late in the season but they accommodated us. Job done on time. Clean and polite. Good communication (communication understood as 2-way street). As communication goes both ways, we as a customer tried to be clear in discussions, pro-active in decision-making and keeping in touch daily. Both Painter and Franchisee communicated well, with quick responses, and put in good effort.
Very satisfied with a good job by College Pro in Orleans, Ottawa. Would hire them again, and will recommend too.
