At the planning stage Vaughan and Brent were very responsive to our ideas while being clear about what would be involved in each step.
Our project was managed by Jorme, who was very easy to deal with and kept on top of every detail. He also worked really hard to make sure every part of the job met high quality standards and caused minimal disruption to the rest of our home life.
