Very cheerful, courteous, professional and knowledgeable workers. Ensured that we had a working toilet by the end of the day, even we would have had to put in temporary measures. He arrived on time and was able to access extra equipment at the last moment and an extra person if the work required this.

Technician arrived on time. Work was done quickly, cleanly and efficiently. This was our second time dealing with DS Plumbing and we would use their services again in the future if required.

The work was very well done: good design, professionally installed, and neat. The plumber took the time to explain what he was going to do, and why, before he did it, was very pleasant from the throughout the time he was at my home, and cleaned up completely after he had finished his work. He also advised us on upgrading some of the components that came with the sink that we had bought so that we would not have trouble down the road; his advice was sensible and well-founded. Finally, he took the time, unsolicited, to check on some work that he had done previously for us, and to give us advice both on products to use and on good practices to help keep our system running smoothly. I was impressed the first time this plumber came to my home and have been equally impressed each time he has come back. He knows his business and cares about his clients. I will not hesitate to call on his services in the future or to recommend him, and his firm, to others.

We had water marks on our living room ceiling. DS Plumbing came and did an assessment and gave us an estimate. They did the necessary repairs. It was necessary to put a hole in our living room ceiling to gain access to the work area. The work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. Clean up was excellent. Craig Muir was very qualified and a very nice person to work with. He gave us many tips/advice. He also suggested a company that could do the drywall/stipple repair work on the ceiling. Overall, a great experience.

Craig was AWESOME! Explained everything that was going on in detail and even showed me what was wrong. Told me the price ahead of time and what needed to be done and worked extremely hard to get the job done. Even recommended a product to help with maintenance so as to avoid the issue again in the future. Thanks again!

Craig was personable and professional and answered my questions about the parts/fittings so I could better understand the cause of the leak .. the repair was completed quickly, after which Craig sat down with me and reviewed the work
guarantee and introduced me to a 'green' pipe clearing product and gave me information about the DS Service Plan .. I appreciated the no-pressure feel of the presentation .. I would gladly recommend DS Plumbing to family and friends and they will be my go-to plumbers form now on .. 5 stars!
