Said they would show up between 8-9am. They were there promptly at 8:05. Their assessment of how long the job would take was bang on and they were finished early which still gave me over half my day to still have free. After the work was complete they gave a thorough walk down of how it works, setting the temperature etc. Cleaned up existing gas lines and made it look very professional.

Awesome company! Front end (Shannen) had quick responses. Great service with answering questions and sending a reminder.

From Tim coming to quote the job to him and Harley arriving at the job site, nothing but a good experience. Both guys worked non-stop and finished the job in one day. The job was clean, both guys had no concerns on answering questions. They added some extra things which improved the install such as new piping for the hot water tank. The site was left very clean, no cleanup required on my part. A walk through after they had finished was appreciated.

Air Central was recommended by our son who had them install an A/C unit at his house. As he is very particular about who does work for him, it was an easy decision for us to also choose Air Central to install our overhead Reznor garage heater. Tim and his crew were prompt, explained what and how they would be performing the installation and the options for the location of the heater, piping, electrical, etc. The job was completed in an immaculate fashion. Floors were cleared, pads were placed where required and after completion the entire area was vacuumed so well that if I didn't see the heater hanging there I wouldn't have known Air Central was even there. Tim is also extremely courteous
and friendly. Air Central and their team are highly recommended by our entire family!

Pre-purchase Shannen was amazing and informative. Tim came out to do an estimate and walked us through all the options as well as explained what would happen during installation. The installation went smoother than any other I've ever experienced. The installers were extremely caring, professional and left the area cleaner than when they started. There is no part of my Air Central experience I could say a single negative thing about. I have since contacted them with questions or assistance and the follow up is once again fantastic. I recommend Air Central every chance I get!

Tim and Harley did an excellent job installing my new garage heater. They showed up on time and after installation they went over all the details of the new heater. They also cleaned everything up and vacuumed the area to leave it clean and tidy.
