Air Central did an excellent job installing my new air conditioner. The process was easy from start to end and the staff were great to deal with. This is the second time I have used the company and based on my experience my parents have used them as well.

Was in the market for an AC install and got several quotes from different companies. Air Central was the most reasonable!. I have to give a HUGE shout out to Shannen, even though we have never met, she was quick with her responses through email, honest, and extremely knowledgeable I felt very safe knowing that she was looking after me and was not just trying to make a sale. When install day came, the level of detail and the quality of work really shows, from their greeting, to laying down a tarp as to not make our floors dirty, to the finished product. 100% professional and the install made it look like they were never there. They even vacuumed our rug before leaving!. I am beyond impressed and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone wanting any HVAC needs. I had a good conversation with Tim and all I can say is that he really loves what he does and takes a lot of pride in the quality of work. I felt more like a friend than a customer with him. A wonderful experience from start to finish. The installers were great! I would highly recommend Air Central for your home heating/cooling needs. Can't wait for summer to be comfortable with our new air conditioning unit and happy to see a reduction in heating costs with a new furnace.

Air Central provided exceptional customer service! We replaced 2 furnaces and installed an air conditioning unit. Their quote was $4,000 less than 2 other competitor quotes, and they completed the work in 1.5 days. Tim and Dave were fantastic! Professional, polite, and tidy. They cleaned everything up when they were done, and removed all of the old materials. The estimator was honest and the work is fantastic! We are so happy that we found Air Central and we won't hesitate recommending them to our friends, family, and anyone who needs a furnace or air conditioner. Great company!!

After getting quotes, research, and talking to Shannen, we decided to hire Air Central to install a furnace and air conditioner in our 1974 home. This involved running direct venting etc. Prior to chosing Air Central, Tim came and checked everything out. He told us what we would need and told us he would get Shannen to send us a quote. Tim was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The quote Shannen emailed me included everything (carbon monoxide detectors, sleeve for chimney, labour, permits etc.). Upon hiring, they fit me in right away and were on time the day of installation. Tim and Dave started by covering my carpet with drop sheets to not get my carpet dirty. They started very promptly and worked all day. They answered any questions I had and were not bothered by me checking in on them once In a while. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable. After completion, they explained my paperwork, warranties, and showed me how everything functioned. They cleaned everything up so well, I would have never even known they were there. I highly recommend Air Central to anyone and everyone! 100% satisfied.

We had a builder grade furnace in our house and had only been installed for 10 years had nothing but problems with it. We had another big name Hvac company in Edmonton come give us a quote. It was 6000.00 for a 92% efficiency furnace and it was again a builder grade furnace.you guys were half the price for a better furnace and higher efficiency. Tim came and got our old one going tell they could install our new one. Very impressed. Guys were clean and very nice. Did a great job would recommend them if you need a new furnace. Great price on a great furnace.!!. Shop around before you commit to a new furnace. Great warranty and better price then lots of the big name company’s in Edmonton for sure. This company provided a great service and a very good job has been completed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about getting a garage heater installed.
