We had previously used a larger plumbing company to do some work on our house and were not thrilled with the customer service. Air central has now completed our air conditioning and garage heater install (2 separate jobs). Both jobs were completed same day with no issues (during a pandemic). 100% will use them again and will recommend them to friends. Small business doing quality work at very fair prices.

Quotes are done online/email. They are very quick to respond and provide all the info necessary. We have a tight space to get to our panel, but he was able to fit no problem. Very friendly and polite. They took care of the floors and moved things as needed. They were very good at explaining and teaching us what to do for maintenance, winterizing and taking care of it. It looks great and is quality work.

Quote was lower than other companies for the same AC unit, Showed up on time, did a great install. After seeing couple of my friend's installation with other companies, I can truly say Air central did a great job right from cutting through my wall and patching it very very clean and also inside. Also cleaned the area after work.

Sincere and honest folks. Came on time and did the install all the while keeping me in the loop about the what's and how's. The owner Tim and his son Wyatt along with Trevor were very polite and did a fantastic job with sincerity. Took care of the cleanup afterwards and left no mess for me to clean. The office manager, Shannen was also very polite and honest upfront about my selection of the AC. No hidden costs or overheads, you pay what they quote you. Now that the install is complete, how the after sales service happens is what remains to be seen but I have no doubts about the team at Air Central.

Terrific response to initial inquiry (during a heat wave!) with a great quote and easy communication to share our details via email. Install team was amazing! So polite (to us and with each other), clean and amazingly fast install ! We love our new Goodman air conditioner and can’t thank Air Central enough. Their pricing couldn’t be beat - I tried !! Lol.
