Professional and accommodating. Went above and beyond with the install, even doing some small repairs they discovered.

The ENTIRE TEAM from start to finish were probably the very most professional, knowledgeable and friendly that I have ever dealt with. They were on time and very tidy and explained all of the installation of both the AC and my new NEST thermostat. They were a pleasure to work with and were very competitive in price.

I WOULD NOT HESITATE to recommend these folks to anyone needing AC, furnace or garage heater.

I am super impressed by the quality of service provided by Air Central. Mid-July heat wave and from first enquiry to completed service was just over a week! (I think I'm still waiting for an in home quote call back from some of the others) This was the only company I could find that would provide an in-writing quote, without booking an in home visit. On install day, they were prompt, clean and all done in about 3.5 hours (again compared to some others that wanted at least a full day). They took the time to explain a few things and we all went about our day. Pricing, in comparison to what I was able to get a verbal on from others was $500-$800 lower and my final invoice wasn't a cent over the quoted amount. Very satisfied (and much cooler), would highly recommended

Amazing service, arrived on time and we extremely professional and clean. The quoting process from Shannen was extremely fast and very professional. The quality of work is exceptional. They communicated well with me about what they were doing and why. At the end of the job they found an issue with my existing thermostat, the issue was explained and repaired to prevent a future repair required. Would recommend Tim and his crew to anyone looking for heating or cooling requirements.

This company did an incredible job installing the unit. Their workmanship is second to none, and you can visibly see how their installs look much more clean and polished than that of my neighbors. Their customer service lead, Shannen, was amazing to work with too.
