Very Happy with Alan. He is very attentive to my questions and concerns through out. He and his team do really meticulous work. His quote was in line with 2 other estimates I got and the final project price was just as he laid out. He charged by time and materials and was very honest and straight forward to work with. Had good solutions for drainage and electricity issues that came up. Excellent references.I hope to use him again for future bigger renos
