I had to book two appointments to fix my dishwasher. The first appointment was for diagnostic and quote. The second appointment was for the actual repair. Both times I scheduled for the 5-8pm time slot. Both times they call the night before to confirm for 10-2pm. Both times I tell them I work in the day time and cannot be available for day time. Sears' Corporate Customer Service Phone Number is 1-800-664-1888. When you talk to someone, give them your phone number, they track everything by phone number and make notes in the system based upon that.
