$1700 Later, Hot Tub Still Doesn't Work

I called Dr. Sp because I had a slow leak... like a few inches in 24 hours... just enough that it would be a hassle to keep refilling and heater probably wouldn't keep up with it. Dr. Spa said I needed a new motor. As the other was old, and the spa had been sitting for the winter since I'd last tried it in fall, I let him fit a new motor for almost $1000. Then he came back 3 times to try to fix the leak and now it's worse than ever. The water drops several inches in an hour... while I'm looking at it. The 'new' motor is not even under warranty anymore (1 year) and I've never used it.
