Reborn Renovations

About 5 yrs ago, Reborn completed a major Reno to my kitchen which was very well done. Recently, a hinge broke on a corner cabinet & their Customer Service Mgr ((Frank) did a great job in replacing same as well as adjusting 3 other cabinet doors that had begun to sag a little.
Tyler & his team @ Reborn did a first class job initially & their cust service years later was just as good!

There is no way to truly understand what a house renovation will be like until you experience it yourself. Despite the complexity of our renovation, our project manager, Murray, kept everything on time and on budget. There were some challenges along the way, but nothing stopped Murray from finding solutions and doing so in a calm and professional way. He and all the trades worked incredibly hard each and every day and we were very thankful for Murray’s extensive knowledge, skills and creative eye. Reborn promised that the work would be completed in time for us to celebrate Christmas in our newly renovated home, and that promise was fulfilled. We commend Murray for being able to stay on track despite unforeseen support beam issues, and our request to have additional work done in the kitchen, which included new floor tiles and a new backsplash. Murray was a pleasure to work with and it is evident that he enjoys what he does. Thank you Murray, Reborn and all the trades for making our house beautiful.

I am happy to share a positive review of Reborn Renovations. Reborn renovated two bathrooms, while also doing a number of smaller projects throughout our house (pot lights in our living room, cabinetry work in our kitchen, etc). Reborn had an effective and efficient process to deliver a quality job, almost right on time (during the covid pandemic) and almost right on budget. We appreciated how the project was scoped, designed and tracked online. We started in late February and everything was on track until mid March when the pandemic hit. We felt that our experienced project manager, was on our side as he diligently completed the project by April, under extremely challenging circumstances. We are happy to recommend Reborn Renovations to others!

At first I was worried about getting my apartment renovated after a horror story with my mothers place. After searching for the right company I decided to go with reborn. I was blown away by the final product. Jeff and his team exceeded my expectations. I plan on using them again and I can’t believe this is my home.

Reborn Renovations is a great company to deal with. They make sure that you are happy with their work. In 2013 we had a big kitchen reno. We later had an issue with some of the work and they came back and repaired it 7 years later! Nice to see that there are businesses that take such pride in their work and that have such integrity. We were looking for a basement redevelopment. Looking to build a master suite in the basement. Started with Bob who could see our vision from the start. Very honest and upfront quote. All selections allowances were high enough that we had no worries picking top end materials without adjusting from the original quote.

Met with Danielle to pick selections. She understood what we were looking for and pulled tons of great samples of tiles, vanities, and lights.

Than construction started and everything went super smoothly. Nathan was on site following up and Gave great communication though out the entire process. Twice during the project a had sent Nathan a message, within 10 minutes I had a reply and a solve to my questions.

We be using Reborn in the very near feature to do work at othe family members houses.

It was a pleasure to work with Reborn Renovations and I am delighted with the result. The quality of the work is outstanding and the entire process was very smooth and transparent. Bob, Chris, and Danielle made it easy to decide the scope and design of the project. Nathan, Paul, Trevor, and others on the construction team were courteous and professional and are obviously very skilled. A special thanks to Nathan for accommodating mid-stream changes and for communicating regular updates to the other side of the world.

We hired Reborn this past spring for an exterior renovation project on our bland and tired looking mid-90s home. This included new vinyl siding and garage door, feature stonework, eaves, a rebuilt front deck and aluminum railings.

Brett initially inspired our confidence through his knowledge of exterior renovations. His suggestions helped us decide how we wanted our finished renos to appear and from beginning to end, we consistently felt supported by his professional, courteous, and cheerful manner. The work crew was amazing as well for not only their craftsmanship and creativity but also for their attention to fine detail.

Along the way every last minor glitch was resolved to our satisfaction without hassle. Although the weather posed a bit of an obstacle and caused some delays, we are truly delighted with the results of our completed renovations as the completion and outcome has absolutely exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reborn Reno exterior renovation services to others.

Great team and overall start to finish process. Our project manager Frank had great communication throughout and always ran any potential changes to verify input. Great renovation all around, spectacular end result.

Our original intent was to find a reputable renovation company to repair damage of our main floor caused by an upper level water leak. We decided to go an extra couple steps further and renovate the entire main floor including kitchen, hallway and living room.
After extensive research online, we decided to go with Reborn Renovations. The team at Reborn were very easy to work with and they were straightforward/upfront from beginning to end. Keeping in eye on the bottom line - we were pleased with their flexibility for ourselves to do our own demo and sourcing some of our own renovation items for example a large garbage bin in the front yard (among other things). Their willingness to negotiate all items of the renovation made us feel comfortable from the beginning. The team was very professional and very good at addressing any concerns or changes we brought forth. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and results of the renovation. Our house is stunning! They have a crew of amazing tradespeople, and it seems they hire only the best. There were some (very) minor deviations along the way that Reborn addressed and fix immediately - without cost to us, and in fact always for the better! I can’t stress the professionalism enough. Customer satisfaction is priority one to them. The only recommendation of improvement we would note is the timeline of the interior decorating – which was several months in length, which felt too long. Understandably – there were a lot of (decorative/furnishing) items which required special ordering / back ordering, and there was some vendor delay – but this needed to be slightly better communicated. However, if you see the photos (Crestmont Kitchen and Main Floor Reno) it was worth the wait and Danielle’s expertise, style and skills are second to none.
Reborn always made themselves available and were always accommodating to our schedule. The communication, open and honest approach with this company was top-notch, and this was something very important to us.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for any size of job; you would be in very good hands.
