Reborn Renovations

We added a basement gym to our house. This required electrical, installing a wall, mirrors, AV, flooring, etc. Reborn, led by Don Hegge, did an exceptional job in providing just what we were looking for. The staff that they utilized for each portion of the job, were professional and attended to all the details. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Reborn again in the future.

I initially called Reborn Renovations to give me an estimate on a kitchen and main bathroom / ensuite renovation. I was impressed by their professionalism from cost estimation, interior design consultation, project management, communication with the customer and quality of workmanship.

I had heard many horror stories about renovations such as multiply the initial quote by 2 to get the final actual cost. In my case, the final cost was within 10% of the initial estimate, quite acceptable in my view given the inevitable work order changes that occur due to unforeseen circumstances when opening up walls or subsequent changes requested by customer.

In my situation, after deciding to proceed with Reborn, I had to break up my renovation into two phases, kitchen and main bathroom's Phase 1 and ensuite in Phase 2 due to an operation which required several months of rehabilitation. Reborn was very accommodating to my needs and committed to doing the project at the same cost as initially quoted.

I was most impressed with the scheduling expertise of Reborn. At the outset of the renovation, Don, the project manager with Reborn provided me with a daily calendar of the job indicating which trades would be coming in on a given day. For each phase, they held pretty closely to the schedule but more importantly they completed each phase within a day of the original schedule.

Throughout the job, if I had any questions or concerns, I could send a text or email to Don and get a response within an hour. After each phase was complete, there were minor adjustments that inevitably
occur in any reno that requires followup and Reborn attended promptly to my concerns.

In summary, I was very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of Reborn's renovation team and I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others looking to undertake a home renovation project

We contracted Reborn to finish our garage. Seal the concrete, insulate, drywall, mud 'n' tape and install an electric heater. Quality work, superb attention to detail, on time and on budget. Every issue was satisfactorily dealt with, no matter how small. We were informed every step of the way. Contractors showed up when scheduled. Winter is coming and we are ready!

We had Reborn do a substantial renovation to our home. The Reno included a full kitchen redo, flooring, basement, bathrooms and an addition to our home. My husband and I are both very pleased with the level of professionalism they had and we found their design and project management team very easy to work with. In the end, our Reno completed on budget and on schedule. The final design is more then we could have ever hoped for. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for a large scale Reno.

We used ReBorn Kitchens to give the house we just moved into a more updated look. The cabinets were 10 years old and simply put, brown! Everywhere. We decided we would like to lighten things up at the same time as giving it a more modern feel. We chose to do the kitchen cabinets a fresh white and our island a blue/grey color that we really enjoy. With the blue/grey subway tile it is a combination we love. Reborn kitchens were exceptionally professional and upfront about the work and really pleasant to have in our home. We would use them again in a second!

Really enjoyed working with Reborn. My husband works from home and interacted with all of the tradespeople directly. Everyone was professional and a pleasure to work with. We chose Reborn based on the reviews and were not disappointed. Great style suggestions from Danielle, their dedicated designer, made option selections easy and painless. Mike was great at taking our ideas and translating them into a great design. Highly recommend working with this company on your next renovation!

We hired Reborn to renovate our kitchen and master bathroom after seeing a job they did for a friend of ours. They did a great job staying on schedule. The guys showed up when they said they would and they cleaned up after themselves which was nice for us because we were still living there during the reno. We are thrilled with the renovation and have recommended them to a friend.

Reborn completed our major kitchen renovation which turned into a main floor reno (our choice). We had them remove walls, design an amazing kitchen, updated a bathroom and laundry room. Working with Reborn from start to finish was excellent. As this was the first major reno for both my husband and I, they walked us through everything. Took a bit longer than expected, but it was a big job and well worth the wait. Working with Mike, Don and Bobby was great. Danielle had a wonderful vision for our design and all was executed smoothly. Thanks to all the trades - Norm, Derek, Shelly, Trevor, Ryan, George, Jordan, Mario, Khalid, Davlin and everyone else we forgot to mention. We have recommended Reborn to anyone in the neighbourhood who asks.
