I initially called Reborn Renovations to give me an estimate on a kitchen and main bathroom / ensuite renovation. I was impressed by their professionalism from cost estimation, interior design consultation, project management, communication with the customer and quality of workmanship. I had heard many horror stories about renovations such as multiply the initial quote by 2 to get the final actual cost. In my case, the final cost was within 10% of the initial estimate, quite acceptable in my view given the inevitable work order changes that occur due to unforeseen circumstances when opening up walls or subsequent changes requested by customer. In my situation, after deciding to proceed with Reborn, I had to break up my renovation into two phases, kitchen and main bathroom's Phase 1 and ensuite in Phase 2 due to an operation which required several months of rehabilitation. Reborn was very accommodating to my needs and committed to doing the project at the same cost as initially quoted. I was most impressed with the scheduling expertise of Reborn. At the outset of the renovation, Don, the project manager with Reborn provided me with a daily calendar of the job indicating which trades would be coming in on a given day. For each phase, they held pretty closely to the schedule but more importantly they completed each phase within a day of the original schedule. Throughout the job, if I had any questions or concerns, I could send a text or email to Don and get a response within an hour. After each phase was complete, there were minor adjustments that inevitably occur in any reno that requires followup and Reborn attended promptly to my concerns. In summary, I was very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of Reborn's renovation team and I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others looking to undertake a home renovation project
