Great experience

Builders review in Toronto

We bought our home in Jan 2017 and moved in Aug. We are so happy with and amazed at the whole process. We did few upgrades and kim helped us design our home. she answered our questions and were very helpful. Ken and Jo been great help after inspection and they both come over to fix any small issues. We are happy with our house and satisfied with the overall quality.

New built home

GREAT first home buying experience! Joe is excellent at customer service and really does anything to keep his customer happy. Other reviews complain about stuff like paint and trim but keep in mind that it's builders paint that is going to be changed in the future. With that being said if you don't like it tell them and they will fix it. The communication is really good and I appreciated the well organized process of the builder. There will be hiccups along the way just like with any home but Cityview really does everything they can to ensure you're happy in the end.

We built the house with cityview and all went pretty good except some small issues but their customer is excellent and took care of everything rightaway and very flexible on arranging time that works for us. Super happy.

Bought new home

Builders review in Guelph

We bought with Cityview January of 2016 and moved in September. We have been quite happy and amazed at the process and how helpful the staff were from Kim and Scott in the show home, Kim helping us design our beautiful home and Ken during our visits. They always answered our questions and were helpful. Josh has been great since inspection and helping us with any issues that arise.
The house is beyond our expectations and we are so happy in our new home.

Overall we were pleased with the build. They were finished on time and all work was completed in a timely manor. Some things were done carelessly or rushed. But overall was satisfied with the overall project.
