Although the company did a really brilliant job the spring before last installing new eavestroughs (prior to this we had mini-Niagaras cascading everywhere), I wanted to give them some well-earned kudos for service above and beyond the call of duty. We had purchased a second rain barrel, and called to ask if they would come and adapt a particular downspout for it. They cheerfully agreed to do so next time they were in the area, and they did. At no charge, which we certainly did not expect. What a great, great company!
