From the first minutes we walked into the store, the customer service was excellent. Julia introduced us to the shutters and proceeded to give us other options as well, in case the shutters wouldn't work in the space we originally wanted them. She immediately created a great rapport, was friendly, was courteous and very patient. We immediately booked an appointment with her and confirmed a date and time with her installers. On the date of installation, the installers were fantastic. Similar to Julia, installers were friendly, and very meticulous about the work they were doing, showing great precision with measurement.They were efficient and extremely neat. I would definitely recommend this company.
