Elie was called for an emergency toilet replacement. He came the next day with a brand new toilet to install. He arrived early for the job and was fully prepared for the work required (even for some unexpected issues that came up).

He is very polite, courteous and professional. He was explaining the steps as he was working which reassured me of his skilled workmanship.

He was very easy to talk to and ask questions. He answered all my questions. He made recommendations on how to maintain the installed fixtures and possible upgrades for the future.
