We were living out of town so the work engagement was completed almost entirely through their online tools. It was easy to stay informed and interact with the team remotely throughout the process. They demonstrated great taste and judgement, they treated the site (and neighbours) with care, and the work was executed with a high attention to detail.
Our project coordinator Jenna was very thorough (and patient) and really helped us to navigate the selection process and establish the vision.
Our site manager Andrew offered us an exceptional level of attention and personal consideration. He always brought us thoughtful and creative solutions instead of problems, and he really overextended himself on several occasions just to ensure our satisfaction came first.
The final product was truly impressive and we are glad that we selected Pine Glen as our builder of choice.
