Brilliex Pest Control

I am glad to have found Brillie Pest Control to help me with my bird and raccoon issue. I took a careful look, did my search and narrowed down to a few pest control operators. At the end I decided to go with Brillie and now after I saw how professional they were in showing me the issues (before and after), what not to fix to save me money ,they also went beyond what they promised by adding stronger mesh and removing the nest with no extra cost to me.

Thank you for a great job. I can sleep at night knowing these issues are now taken care of.

What we thought was Racoons, we discovered was an intrusive birds nest.
The team was very professional, identified the issue and completed the work quickly. They were very informative and took the time to make sure they cleaned up after they were done.

Brilliex were quick to respond, as well as thorough and knowledgeable. They set up a one-way door, as well as did some preventative work around the roof to make sure we didn't get more visitors in the future.

I contacted Brilliex in relation to an urgent wildlife issue. They were very responsive and immediately provided assistance (and it was a long weekend!). The work was efficient and effective and the cost was reasonable. Everything was explained to me and my questions answered without hesitation. Brilliex was recommended to me by my neighbour and I highly recommend them too!

Some birds had taken residence in my roof from an exposed opening from a missing vent. Did not find any birds but Ray installed a double cage in case of small birds and a one way door opening for the birds to exit without re-entry. I felt a great comfort when Ray explained how he was going fix the problem. He also re-secured some loose nails on my eves trough on his way down from the roof.
Such little gestures underscores that he takes great pride in the work that he does. Great job guys.

We have been bothered by groundhogs for two years. We tried lots of things but finally we called Ray. We immediately felt better. He came the same day and dug up all around the deck. The deck company had put in some mesh animal proofing. Ray showed me the difference between that and real animal proofing. He and his colleague installed heavy duty mesh all around the deck. Next they dealt with a groundhog hole and set up a trap. It’s been a week. The groundhog returned briefly and was very disappointed that the deck was now sealed off. She never wound up in the trap. Ray sealed the hole and removed the trap. He is easy to work with, very neat and knowledgeable.

After discovering we had baby racoons in our roof overhang, we did a little research and found Brilliex on YouTube. We are very happy we found Ray and his partner. They acted fast, did an amazing job taking apart and putting back together the parts of the house. Very friendly and knowledgeable, didn't rush , took the time to do the job well. Thanks guys you did a great job.

Ray and Sam inspected my roof and quickly found the entry points. Glad they were here as I would have never found the entry points myself, hidden under the shingles. They take clear videos and pictures so you can see the entry and the biting / scratch marks on the side.

They clearly explained the options and gave a recommendation.

Feeling confident the squirrels aren’t getting into my attic next winter.

Brillie Pest Control were quick to respond , immediately were aware of the problem and took care of removal with extreme efficiency. I will only use this company and refer there services to others should the need arise.

Ray was quick to response and act. It was a complex problem and he solved it very quickly. Great attention to detail and helped solve future problems. He is by far the best Pest Control/Removal company that I have ever used. Excellent work and fully support anyone with squirrels or raccoon issues to use them.
