I had the pleasure again of securing the professionalism of mold.ca to inspect/remove mold from my basement after a burst pipe. Greg & his team are SO reliable and professional, very considerate, straightforward and honest. We strongly recommend Mold.ca. After speaking with a number of companies, we hired Mold.ca to essentially gut our basement, which had mold issues. From the outset, in our telephone calls with Indira and Gregg, the company was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. They were also very accommodating working with us on short notice and up front about what to expect in terms of work and cost. Gregg and Dean kept us updated throughout the process, sending photos at the end of each day and being available by phone to answer questions and discuss any issues. They went the "extra mile" to assist with some issues, such as sealing or patching some areas where pests may have been accessing the basement that became apparent once the drywall etc was removed. We felt confident throughout the process knowing that our basement was in good hands.

Gregg and his team at Mold.ca were fantastic from our first meeting until a new case of mold appeared weeks after our basement project completed. Gregg was professional, knowledgeable and effecient. What started out as, what we thought, a small mold issue in a basement kitchen turned into a whole basement demolition after finding mold in the floors and walls. The work was completed in a timely manner and Gregg was always available to address any concerns we had. After the project completed, we found mold in our laundry room on the main floor. Gregg came over the same day and arranged for his team to come that same week and deal with it. We couldn't be happier with the service Gregg has provided! Highly reccomend.

Had a basement flood in rental home from broken clean water pipe. Contacted Mold.ca for a quote. Gregg was able to swing by that afternoon and walked me through the process required. There was the presence of mold in multiple locations. Gregg was quite knowledgeable and with my concerns of freezing weather and ‘wet’ old basement foundation, he was able to expedite getting the basement humidity into a safe range. Learned that mold is most dangerous when dried out and was glad I did not try to do myself. The house is now clean and safe as we look to renovate and get available for renting again.

We hired Gregg and his team for a mold remediation and rebuild project in our downstairs rec room. The team was courteous and highly professional and the work was top notch as usual. We needed a mold inspector. Mold.ca was top of list on HomeStars with great ratings. We called and very quickly, Gregg was on site to advise us on our problems. After checking the kitchen which had suffered water damage from a leak, we asked him to check elsewhere and he found that that our home office and tv room in the basement had mold. The insurance company covered the kitchen and contracted the remediation work to its preferred contractor. It did not cover the basement. So we contracted with Gregg to look after the remediation and renovation. We decided that rather than a mere face lift that we would undertake a complete rebuild. It was a great choice. Gregg and Dean and their team did a terrific job. Both Gregg and Dean gave terrific advice. Our room was a typical 1970's basement space. It is now an up-to-date space that reflects current and hopefully future electrical needs and feels like a modern space. I recommend them without hesitation.
