This review comes much later than we would have liked as our work was done during the summer, however due to unforeseen events this is our first opportunity to give mold.ca the credit and proper review it deserves. Right from our initial phone call mold.ca was amazingly supportive and hand held us through every step-although we have been home owners for many years this was our first experience with a mold problem. We found Bill and his crew to be professional and courteous. They explained everything and patiently answered all our question. We would absolutely recommend mold.ca and would not hesitate to call them again if needed. Thank you so much to everyone at mold.ca.

I can't say enough great things about this co So!!! Professional !! Did the work in my downstairs laundry rm so expeditiously and Gregg Dalrymple, in particular, went above and beyond in noticing the poor ventilation install on my new dryer so got what was needed and redid the job himself that Lowes delivery/install co failed to do right. So appreciated this and how honest, timely & professional Gregg and his team were!! Stellar job!!!!

Friends referred Gregg to us because we needed to know the scope of the problem we had. He solved a complicated problem for them on time and on budget. Gregg proved to be most professional in his approach and explained the nature of the problem, the source of it, the three stages for a complete solution, and management measures until a direction was acted upon. He was very thorough in his assessment and in demonstrating what his equipment was telling him about existing conditions. Gregg did not try to pitch us on the need to act quickly. There was no salesmanship or emotion. He presented the facts and the costs for his team to solve the problem. He also provided a lot of background information that assisted in understanding the process.
If we ever have a mold issue, we will use Gregg. I will also tell my daughters to use him when they go house hunting, in addition to a home inspector.

Gregg and his team were professional trust worthy and respected timelines. They were prompt and explained the process. Gregg was available to discuss issues at any moment. I hope I never have to use him again but I would definitely recommend him without hesitation.

Gregg and his team remedied a mold situation in our kitchen from a fridge water leak that also affected the basement. The team was extremely professional, completed the work in a timely fashion, and worked with us to keep the cost down. We were extremely happy with both the mold remediation and the basement renovation projects. We definitely recommend them.

We met Greg and his team after our flooded basement developed a mould problem. They were quick and thorough with the clean-up. While it was not inexpensive, it was done right. We then contracted with Greg’s crew to renovate our basement. They provided some design options and a written estimate. They were able to complete the job on time and on budget. The team maintained a clean work area with protection on floors and doorways to keep the dust down in the rest of the house. A real pleasant group to work with.

We had some work done recently by this company and we are very satisfied by the results. Gregg was very honest with us and explained everything in detail. The men doing the work were very courteous hard working and did an excellent job. We will definitely refer them.

I had the pleasure of Mold.ca come yo my home to remove that had built up inside the drywall of my laundry room in my basement . In particular, Gregg Dalrymple was exceptional ! So knowledgeable, courteous.. So helpful and professional ! His team were able to go the work the very next day .. So prompt and efficient ..I was really impressed especially as it was a little overwhelming learning of this problem in our laundry room . He explained everything thoroughly and kept true to his word and the estimate even coming back the next week when my new washer/dryer were installed horribly to install !! A new dryer vent & hose totally uncalled for but so !!! Appreciated !!!!! I couldn't believe how nice Gregg was to do that even picking up what was req'd himself at Home Depot!! Not charging me for labour even.. Unbelievable !!! Really professional , personalized service!! Super impressed!!!!! His 3 Irish staff were excellent too.. Really worked hard and did the job beautifully!!
