I contacted BC ROY for the relocation of a gas line at a project we are working on in Toronto. As a contractor I expect professionalism and quality from my trades and BC ROY delivered. They were on time and the price was fair. I will definitely use their services again.

B.C Roy Mechanical came to my house and ran a full diagnostic on all my heating equipment and humidifier. They explained all the recommendations. Which I agreed needed to be taken care of. B.C Roy mechanical came back and fixed all my deficiency. Great Service I'd recommend them to anyone for similar type of work.

Could not start my gas fireplace thinking that the thermocouple was defected. B. C Roy Mechanical technicians responded within 2 days of my request to determine that it was only in need of a cleaning, which they did a thorough job of. No parts required and no charges for parts. They stayed until stove was running properly, they checked that the ventilation was good and the fan worked. They also spent the time to show me how to do the cleaning should I run into this same problem. Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommend them for any HVAC or gas fitting repairs.
