Triggerr and Karl helped me move my mother from our home into Assisted Living in Carleton Place. It was a small move, but they were so efficient! They make quite the team! By the time my Mom and I arrived at her new suite, it was all set up and felt like "home" the minute we walked in. Such care and attention to detail with all of her belongings.
It was a delight to work with both of them. They put my mind at ease, and both have such pleasant, positive attitudes!

This is the second time we have hired Trigger and Karl. The first helped us pack and move my Mom and her husband out of their home when they moved to a retirement home. They were invaluable in determining exactly what furniture they should take and how it would fit into their new room. We recently hired them again to help
move my Father and his wife between retirement homes. They are very efficient and professional yet friendly. They are great working with older people and putting them at ease with regards to what is a big change for them. We couldn’t have done it without them. I have recommended them to many people in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Systems N' Spaces was recommended to me when I sold my townhouse and moved into a one bedroom condo. They'd transitioned my grandparents from their apartment to a retirement residence, and my parents were extremely impressed with the Systems N' Spaces team. I figured I'd at least meet with them, and make a decision from there. Well, as soon as I met Triggerr and Karl, I knew we'd get along great! They're both caring and compassionate, and hilarious as well. As I walked them through my house and talked more about the upcoming move, my positive first impression only shone brighter. I'd already downsized most of the house but Triggerr suggested a few options for the remaining furniture I was getting rid of. Moving day came, and the initial positive vibe I got from Triggerr and Karl was greater enforced. They worked hard for hours on end, all the while remaining cheerful and friendly. At my condo, they helped unpack and put the bed back together, and even altered their route home to drop things off at my parents' place in Kemptville. Systems n' Spaces was a total pleasure to work with, and both Triggerr and Karl are new friends to me.

Greatest investment. This company helped to transition my 90 year old mom into a senior residence. I can’t begin to say how wonderful this company is and worth every dollar. My mom moved into her senior residence and found that the same day of her move, all things in place complete with curtains and pictures hung. It felt like home and greatly reduced her stress about the move. It was great to have a downsizing expert to help decide what to take and what to let go. I have already highly recommended this company to my friends.

Triggerr and Karl are exemplary! They both are very personable, caring and compassionate. Their company was hired to move our parents from their home into a retirement home and the transition went very well. I sought out Systems N’Spaces for a huge basement organization at a early years childcare centre. We were very overwhelmed with implementing a system to properly sort and understand what toy resources we had available .
From the first moment Triggerr and Carl arrived , I knew we picked the right organization team.
Their charismatic and down to earth attitude made me so comfortable to work along side of them . The were efficient and driven during their two days with us. They showed us how to tackle the various tasks and really put our vision into effect .
The basement organization was a wonderful experience and we can now clearly see what toys we have . The whole process was a total success ! They even were able to arrange the disposal of recycling and all the discarded junk !

When my father and his wife had to move from one retirement residence to another, Systems N' Spaces was recommended to us. We could not have been happier with the wonderful, caring service provided by Triggerr and Karl. They were able to book our move (which included moving some items to my Dad's new residence, and the rest to our home) in a short space of time, were super efficient, took great care of all belongings and accomplished it all in a fairly short space of time. And on top of it all, they were lovely, friendly people who took all the stress out of a very stressful situation for us. We would absolutely not hesitate to recommend them!
