Stephen is a delightful contractor - does impeccable work, has a great smile and friendly manner, and uses email and cellphone to ensure good communications
My former condo Corp paid for exterior window cleaning using his firm so I can't speak to cost, however I recommend him highly, something I rarely do unless I am certain someone else will be as pleased with his work.
Thoguhtful, prompt, pleasant, competent and reasonable - what more can you ask for?
