I seriously can NOT recommend Bartlett. I contacted them in November to assess my tree prior to the winter season. I was concerned that it may be a problem. (they actually trimmed the same tree a year prior, that is why I called them first - We dealt with David Bostock at that time and he was great, but he is not there anymore) Geoff Niblett came by November 5, 2013 and gave me an estimate of $185 to send a crew by to perform a core sample to be sure of the tree condition. I agreed and he informed me the crew would come the following Monday. The crew never showed, nor did anyone contact me to inform me of a need to reschedule. I contacted Geoff Niblett via email on November 19th, and he apologised and rescheduled the inspection for November 25th. November 25th came and went without the crew appearing; however I DID receive an Invoice for the service not yet performed. I allowed another week for them to reschedule, but on December 5th, having heard nothing from Geoff Niblett, or his inspection crew, I send Geoff my final allowance. I informed him via email that if we did not receive the Inspection, Cores and Report by December 9, 2013 we did not require Bartlett’s services any longer, and had to sure another vendor. I received no response. On December 10, 2013 I visited the offices on Ellesmere to personally inform him and get his confirmation that we no longer were in contract. I would have left it at that, but today I receive yet another Invoice ($211.83 this time) for the services we DID NOT GET DONE. Let me be clear. I asked for their assistance, they never provided the service I asked for, they invoiced me for services not provided, I informed them in no uncertain terms that due to lack of performance we did not require their service any longer. Yet they send me an invoice again. Get it together Bartlett.

I know it has been some time since your experience with Bartlett. However I wanted to let you know that we are now under a different management team and process. I think that if you were to give us another chance you would have a great experience with our crew and Aborists.
