I could not be happier with MacLean's Custom Kitchens! From the minute I walked into their showroom until the job was complete I was shown nothing less than patience and excellent customer service.
Terry and his team are friendly, hard-working and dedicated to what they do. Barb went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and meet with me during times that suited me. I was never made to feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. This kitchen renovation was a huge deal to my husband and I and we couldn't be happier with the quality of product and level of service we recieved.

MacLeans renovated two bathrooms for us, one was fairly standard replacement of cabinets and fixtures while the other was out en-suite. Materials and workmanship were first class and all issues raised were dealt with promptly.
With the exception of two minor upgrades that we asked for after signing the project came in on budget and with no surprises. The length of the project was in line with their projections and we intend to use them again for our kitchen renovation.
We couldn't be more pleased with MacLeans Custom Kitchens.

Macleans undertook a very big job for us including the removal of 2 load bearing walls as well as a total Reno of the kitchen. We found Terry, Dave, and Trevor to be professional and courteous. From beginning to end, they were always willing to walk us through the process and answer any questions we had. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and living space and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Completely exceeded my expectations from start to finish! Fantastic communication and everything happened as scheduled and smoothly. Barb and was on top of every detail. Everything is perfect and I am so happy with my new kitchen!

My husband and I wanted to renovate our kitchen and install new flooring through out the main floor. We had researched reviews and been to several kitchen renovators. When we visited MacLeans we met with Barb. We liked her immediately, she was friendly, helpful and very patient. It took us several trips to the store to make decisions and pick the products that we wanted to install. Barb was very patient and never pushy, she let us take our time until we were completely satisfied with our chooses. Once we finalized our products Barb kept us updated with the installation schedule. Terry, Dave and Trevor installed the kitchen. They were friendly and made sure we were satisfied with the installation. They checked in if they needed us to make a decision and they kept us updated during the process. They were helpful and answered all our questions. We are so happy we chose to use MacLeans for our renovations, our kitchen looks fabulous.

A new kitchen and bathroom were long overdue for our 50's bungalow. So when my wife and I were in need of a trustworthy, reliable and honest contractor, Macleans did not disappoint! They gave us a wonderful new space that we'll be enjoying for years to come. Macleans is thee one-stop shop with amazing contacts in each field of work (flooring, electrical, demolition). Their vast experience was evident in their work and design. Everyone who came through our house was very professional, courteous and kind. After reviewing homestars we selected 3 companies that were top rated to have them come by and provide us with quotes. After receiving the quotes and reading through all the positive reviews of MacLeans we selected them to do our Kitchen and Powder room renovation. From our initial meeting with Barb and Terry we felt very comfortable with our selection. The quote they provided was very detailed and they answered all questions we had regarding it. To begin, we went to MacLeans showroom to meet with Barb to select our finishes (cabinet design, colour, knobs, countertop, tiles) - our quote provided us with options in certain levels - if we wanted something different we were able to select it and the price would be adjusted - our quote provided us with a quartz countertop in a level 3, however we really like the look of a quartz countertop in their level 1 so we ended up saving almost $500. This was one of the first major advantages in selecting MacLeans as we did need to go anywhere to get anything else!! We had met initially in October to pick our items and told Barb that we had a child due at the end of March - Barb said they would do their best to have the construction start in early February. To her word, they began on a Friday in late January. Our job was not a large one as Terry and Barb said, just ripping out an old 12x12 kitchen, powder room and putting it all back together, however the speed at which it all took place had us in aw. This leads the next reason why this company is outstanding - they had all the contractors they work with set up and ready to go - we did not have to get different guys in to do different jobs. MacLeans had the demo guys in Friday afternoon, the flooring guys in Saturday, Monday and Tuesday morning, Terry, his brother and son arrived Tuesday afternoon to start putting the kitchen back together, the electrition arrived Tuesday afternoon to install the potlights. By Thursday Terry and his team had finished up and on Friday the countertop guys came to measure. The process for countertop took 2 weeks and then Terry and his team came back to hook up the sinks and dishwasher. Every single one of the contracts that came to our house was kind, courteous and professional. Terry, his brother and son were top notch professionals at what they did, answered any and all questions we had, as well as provided some great ideas. Barb was very easy to work with, returned all emails promptly and offered great suggestions for things we needed or didn't think of.

We have already recommended the MacLeans team to friends and family and will continue to do so and will use them again without hesitation.

From the beginning to the very last day of installation, staff at MacLeans Custom Kitchens were courteous, respectful, attentive, trustworthy, professional, pleasant and quite simple excellent to deal with. They were very helpful in the decision process and spent many hours patiently putting together a design that suited our exactly what we were looking for. We truly appreciated their meticulously attention to detail, and many added features, which were included in the cost.

Our old original kitchen was dated and was a very poor design. Terry created a new plan for us that was not only beautiful but very functional. The cabinets and drawer combinations keep everything organized and the location of appliances make working in the kitchen a pleasure. The quality of the cabinets is excellent and my husband is a little bit of a perfectionist so when he is happy with the quality....you know it's good. We did the install and MacLeans Custom Kitchens designed the kitchen and supplied the cabinets. I must say the entire project was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. I love my new kitchen!!! This company is professional from start to finish.
