AL WAS VERY TIMELY, CLEANED UP BOTH THE BATHROOM AND ADJACENT HALLWAY. CAME IN BELOW BUDGET. WOUILD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS STAFF. WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND WISE IN HIS OPINION.
