Our experience with Furnace King has been excellent! From meeting with the home comfort advisor Sandip, who provided valuable advice, and with help of Mike the master installer and his team, they worked with us to re-position the furnace / duct work and hot water tank, they reconfigured our utility room to a much functional space! We love our new high efficiency furnace unit, and we are very happy with the professional service we have received. We have been recommending Furnace King to all our friends and family.

Just a quick note... about a month after the furnace was installed, on a very cold December night. We ran into a little trouble with the new furnace. Furnace King technician came at midnight to fix it for us!! That is service, thank you!

After my furnace died in during what had to be the coldest period in December 2016, I obtained several quotes and in home assessment regarding a replacement. I settled on Furnace King (FK)and was very pleased. The initial Consultation and Presentation with FK representative, Sandip was very information as he guided me through what my exact needs were. His knowledge, experience and attention to detail were evident as he made sure that I had exactly the type of furnace my home required.
After finalizing my decision, and completely relevant paperwork on the Friday, my new furnace was installed on the Saturday... talk about quick service.
INSTALLATION: The installers, Johnny and Michael were exceptional.
- they were on time
- gave me the FK red carpet treatment... ( laid out their protective carpeting from my front door to the basement)
- removed old furnace; replaced all necessary piping
- they answered all my questions
- went above and beyond with many other small fixes

After installation, Sandip was kind enough to follow up same day to check in and ensure that all was well. That was very much appreciated.
To be honest, I can't give a full review regarding the furnace/Unit itself. This is not my area of expertise and it has only been over 6 weeks since my installation. I am quite satisfied with the Furnace/Unit that Sandip recommended and can feel the difference in the home.
Hopefully I won't require a service call anytime soon, but I am sure if/when I do, it will be with the excellence initially displayed.

I have used Furnace King on two occasions, the first time was an emergency service call for a central air conditioning failure and this last instance was for a High Efficiency furnace upgrade to replace our 19 year old Mid efficiency unit. I was totally impressed by Anthony's explanation of the $250 OPA rebate and his recommendation to send an energy auditor ($400) prior to the installation of our new furnace, which qualified us for a second Enbridge Gas rebate, all in all a rebate savings of $1700! That is outstanding. The service people were top notch, professional and no hidden add on fees. I will recommend to my friends and family.

We felt very confident that we were making the right decision to buy a Trane. The team you sent to remove our old furnace and to install a new Trane furnace and AC were extremely efficient. Finally, our home is consistently warm. The furnace runs so quietly, I had to send my husband to the basement to check why the furnace wasn’t working. I was expecting a loud whoosh like we used to hear as our old furnace turned on. Now we know that silence is golden!

Prior to getting any quotes from any company, I knew that going into this process, we would need to deal with a company that not only could sell us a great product, but also someone we would be confident in for the maintenance of the units in the coming years and someone we could rely on if we ever needed any emergency repairs.

Starting with you, your presentation and consulting with us on what our needs were, left us feeling very confident that the units we were purchasing were the right ones for us and that your company, Furnace King, along with the backing of Home Depot, was the company we wanted to deal with. You explained how the furnace and AC units work, and answered all our questions. The quotation you provided us was very fair and you explained to us how we could save money by taking advantage of the home energy rebates and helping us through this process.

In less than one week, our furnace and AC were installed. Our scheduled install went very smoothly. The installers, Joe and Mike, were great guys; they arrived on time, laid out their protective carpeting from our front door, down the hall and down the stairs to the basement. Everything was cleaned up once they left; there was no stray garbage laying around. They answered any questions I had and explained the work they did when it was all complete.
I loved the fact they went out of their way to make sure that the old venting pipe from the furnace (which was y-connected to our existing hot-water tank) was completely removed and not just cut and then capped off. They re-worked it so that it was just one clean vent from the hot-water tank and out, which looked really nice. Another thing I really appreciated was the fact that Joe was kind enough (even after a long days work!) to check my existing natural-gas fireplace, when I asked. I just wanted to know that it could turn on with no problem. I had been slightly hesitant to turn it on recently, as we had not had it on in many number of years and I felt more comfortable having someone experienced try this. Everything worked fine, and thanks again Joe!

We have only experienced the furnace for a few days now (and Winter is coming...) but we are really pleased with how everything is running and looking forward to some energy savings.
I can't recommend you guys enough...We are really happy with the work of Furnace King. There may be other good HVAC companies around, but I don't think they will be so F. King great!! ;-)

Everything went fine, the install crew was very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was running smoothly before they left. We are happy that we chose your company, it was a great price for what we feel is the best product and warranty on the market together with and a great installation.

I was very impressed with the installation of our new furnace. Joe and Michael were very efficient and kept cleaning up as they moved along. They were kind enough to answer all my questions as they progressed through the install. I was most pleased with the air intake and exhaust pipes they installed. It was a complicated run of piping through my garage and the pipes are no longer visible in my furnace room. I've gained a great deal of headroom around the furnace. The new unit is very quiet and compact, I look forward to seeing how it performs this winter.

This is my second furnace and one ac unit that I have purchased from Furnace King over the years and I have been happy with the service and after care I have received. As I have in the past, I will continue to recommend Furnace King to my friends and family.

After deciding to replace a 23 year old furnace before winter I received a few quotes from other companies I decided to call Furnace King on a recommendation from my cousin that has dealt with them over the years. Furnace King made the whole process easy and was affordable compared to the other quotes I received. My wife and I met with their Salesmen, Sandip Banerjee who was awesome, he took the time to educate us on selecting the correct Furnace for our needs. Sandip is a very professional and very organized person and presented us with the information to easily determine what our needs would be but most of all he was very honest about what we actually did need and did not need. This made the whole process very comfortable and easy.
Mike and John were Fantastic installers, they were on time and they were very clean and thorough with the install. They answered any questions I had regarding the install and future maintenance of the Furnace. Work was done ahead of schedule. The workmanship was excellent and installation left in an clean and tidy fashion. Care was taken to not damage any parts of our property and work area left clean. documents for the equipment were turn over to us and explanations give operation and maintenance.
