It started well, deposited 50% in 3 payments at different stages. Then the owner started to have excuses for delays. Finally bailiff locked his door... He took my money and did not deliver anything!

The workmanship was great - so we love the finished product. However it was way over budget and at no time did they indicate this. It was to be a 3 week job and because they had trouble getting the shower door, it took almost 6 months. They did negotiate the outstanding balance at the end - but too little too late. They are lousy project managers!

Had these people in to do a 3 piece bathroom reno that they said would take 1 week. It took 5 months to complete. The shower enclosure tiles they did had to be demolished and redone due to their extremely poor workmanship. I was told everyone was licenced but no one was. No one seemd to know much about anything they were doing. Once finally completed the shower did not even work. The manufacturer came in to remedy the situation and they told me whoever did the installation had no idea what they were doing. Even my garage door had to be repaired due to their sloppiness. Our company rep was rude and did not seem to have a clue as to what was going on and gave us much false information that I had to check out with the manufacturers. We finally ended up with one worker in the comany who knew what he was doing and completed the job. If you ever see or hear this name when looking for bathroom renovators run the other way.
