When Lorne described to us what made his product and services stand out, it seemed hard to believe. Then I looked at the competitor windows, and there really was a differnece. Metal coil springs (not strings), double locks, night locks, metal screen pins, all important details. The attention to detail was just as promised, all nails hidden, no unnecessary seams, and very clean finished look. The tradesman were friendly, tidy and efficient. We are thrilled with the transformation of our tired looking home into something we are proud of.
