P.S. Example of Lormac going the extra mile. When one of my children accidentally broke a small window, the Manager, Rick, sent an installer the same night who cleaned out the sharp glass pieces that were still embedded in the window frame and then taped cardboard all over the window to ensure safety until the replacement window arrived.
