This was our first renovation and to be honest I was nervous at first about hiring someone that we could trust and that would do a great job. Well I couldn't be happier with the results! J Construction was competitive on price, was willing to work within our budget and John and his crew were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Clean, punctual, great follow up after each stage of the job and always wanting to ensure we were happy with the results. What also set him apart from other companies we looked at is his attitude to make sure it was done right from the get go and took great pride in his work. He also went above and beyond to help us with other issues we had in our home. We have many future renovations ahead of us and I wouldn't want anyone other than J Construction completing them. Now that we have seen John and his team in action at our home and can now comment on the results, it is our turn to provide a rating and recommendations: a big 10 on all accounts!

Well organised, skillful in multiple areas, demanding on himself, professionnal, John, well supported by Anna and Lui, completely renovated our 2 bathrooms, powder room and partly the laundry room in 3.5 weeks. A punctual, focused and hard working team indeed! It must be noted also that only best quality constructions materials were used. The shower and tub/shower, the floors, etc. like everything else they worked on, look great! Add that that all 3 team members were very courteous, and voila! This is your construction/renovation company of choice for your project. Cost mentioned is total project cost.

I cannot say enough about the fantastic crew involved in Jconstruction. John and Anna are professional and friendly. John has completed many jobs for my husband and I Including: tiling our kitchen and laundry room, installing light fixtures, replacing toilets, and even come to fix/ repair large emergency leaks). My wife and I recently had JCONSTRUCTION complete a renovation of our condo. This included painting the whole condo, installation of hardwood floors & baseboards, and a backsplash in the kitchen.
It was apparent from the beginning that John is very knowledgeable and passionate about his profession. Any questions or concerns we had were answered clearly and confidently. We appreciated his opinion and input on the decisions that had to be made.

John and his amazing crew installed chair rails and wainscoting throughout our house, and also painted our entire home for us. Our home is now even more beautiful and inviting than it used to be. He does not rush anything, and is wonderful in ensuring that the homeowner is aware of everything, answering all our questions in detail. I know we could have hired a company that would have completed the work in a shorter timeframe, but we consider this work to be an investment in our home and wanted the best. The trimwork on an arch in our foyer is simply stunning, as well as the intricate trimwork that follows the staircase. The painting they have done for us is perfect. My husband and I had an idea of what we envisioned our next home to be. We bought a house with great potential but needed to renovate it to bring it to date and to become what we wanted it to be. We were very lucky to have found John and his team-Luis and Anna. They were very professional, laying drop clothes wherever they worked, closing off areas to contain dust, and maintaining a good work schedule/timeline. John cares about his work and maintains what he can to ensure a solid end result. John and team were always very personable and a pleasure to work with as my husband and I discussed different ideas with them about what we envisioned.
