Disaster. Job not finished after ten months even though we paid in full. Failed to obtain electric permit found to not be licensed. ESA assessed electric determined unsafe wiring. Shortcuts taken with work. Several times suprised us with bills for extra work that was not agreed upon. Repeatedly swore and used foul language whilst working in our hearing. Left two very large skips worth of rubbish and construction materials on site resulting in letter from city.
