Frank is the most thorough, honest, responsive, detailed oriented, quality minded contractor I have ever encountered. He not only conducts himself with professionalism, he demands the same behaviour from all his trades. He honours his commitments long after the job is done. He is a wealth of knowledge and shares - sometime to ad nausium - his reasons for doing something. He backs it up with a competitive pricing system that is true to the job quality delivered. I would recommend hij to ANYONE.
