Failure to invoice client on time
Failed to invoice the storage fee on a monthly basis. I was left paying 9 months of storage fee all up front once they moved my items to my new place. That's unacceptable.
Also, it took 45 minutes for the crew to unload my belongs into my apartment and they charge me for three hours.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of organization of this company. A client should not have to pay the storage fee all at once when the agreement states monthly. A client should be charged for the actual time it took to load, unload and milage, nothing extra. I should have paid for 1hr and 45mins. The manner in which Best Choice Movers handled my case demonstrates poor business ethics. I would NEVER do business with "Best" Choice Movers again nor do I recommend anyone else to.
