Kevin was at my house the day after I made a request for an estimate and two days later came back and did the job.

He cleaned my gutters on two levels and replaced my downspouts in just over 3 hours. I could not ask for better service and highly recommend this company for gutter cleaning and service.

Excellent work, great crew who were friendly and professional. This is now my third time using Gutter Doctor and couldn't be more happy with their work. Arrived on time and was all done in a few hours.

Jeff is a great technican. He inspected the 2 leaking areas and made a recommendation and repaired the repairs very effectively and efficiently. He practiced safe distancing which was appreciated.

Had two leaky spots of gutter repaired. More expensive than I expected but I have no problem paying for good work. One leak had no issues but the other continued to leak despite the repair. I called Gutter Doctor and they sent Elmer out to attempt to repair the gutter again. It was a tricky leak; however, it is now fixed. Excellent work and customer service by Elmer. He communicates very well and is accommodating for your schedule.

Work was done very professionally and at a great price too. Also asked about the roof and was told everything was okay. Definitely would get them again.

I just had by gutters cleaned by Gutter Doctor. This is my first house, and I honestly didnt know what to expect . I knew my gutters were quite full of debris and with the cold setting in it was a race to have them cleaned.
Luckily the technician, Elmer, called me right away and came to look at my house so he could give me a accurate quote. Elmer was clear in his pricing and explained to me what to expect. He called me before our scheduled appointment to give a heads up that he was on his way and was quick to start and finish the work at hand. I found him professional and easy to communicate with. I appreciated that he took the time to inspect my gutters and let me know everything looked in good shape. He went above and beyond to clean my shed gutters and removed some pretty large branches off my roof at no extra charge. Thank you for a job well done, I'll be recommending to family and friends.

Contractor who came and quoted was Elmer. Quoted Oct 20, 2019 to do several gutter repairs including fixing a leaking downspout connector. Elmer said there was lots of caulking which was not the proper way to repair and that he could see daylight between the gutter and the downspout connector. Said he would fix it properly and seal it up.

Work was done Oct 22, 2019.

this is the work as per invoice "new outlet - reseal end cap (no guarantees against future leaks as various sealants previously used)"
I inspected the work Oct 27, 2019 (after we paid). It looks like the outlet is undersized there is a large air gap around 1/2 inch between the outlet and the gutter opening with large gobs of sealant sealing it in place. I have attached a picture. I'm not an expert but this does not seem like a proper repair - to improperly size sheet metal connections and just lathering on the caulking.

As well left construction waste around the worksite including a 6 foot length of pipe and 2 ft length. When we informed the contractor, we were told that we could just throw it in the trash. I'm ok cleaning up, but when paying a contractor to do work you would assume contractors normally clean up after themselves.

Overall, they stayed on quote, were timely, but quality of work overall was disappointing. I'm looking forward to more leaks this coming spring, and now we'll be several hundred dollars short too with the problem still uncorrected.

Update Oct 30 - received reply from Laura from Gutter Doctor stating repair looks like it was done correctly and that they will guarantee the repair for two years. Updated rating to reflect.

Elmer was sent out within the week, gave me a quote on the spot, and was able to complete the work the same day. He clearly explained how he would reattach the downspout and add 8 meters to get the water draining correctly to the back alley. He was clear and his work was excellent. Very happy.

We were having problems with our gutters and Elmer took a look, informing us we needed a new roof first. Roofer fixed the problem, so gutter work was no longer needed. Elmer fixed some small issues for free and also provided valuable advice regarding a good roofer. This is the definition of great service!

2nd story of our Home looked blocked during rain and as seen from street. Called Gutter Doctor, Elmer called and txt me, he did the estimate and completed the Gutters all around our Home. Excellent Results. Yes I would recommend.
