I called him early in the day and he came over withing 3 hours to diagnose the problem. He had to go get the part and had it fixed within 5 hours he did a professional job and was quick at fixing the problem. I would use him again.

Max answered the phone himself on a Sunday (a welcome difference from the other companies that I called) and was quick to come and diagnose the problem with my furnace. He presented various alternatives, including replacing the furnace itself, but ultimately we settled on replacing the blower motor, which he did the next day (in about 15 minutes). I would recommend Max for heating jobs.

Outstanding customer service! Our furnace broke down on what was one of the coldest days of the year. Max was amazing. He was knowledgeable, honest and had out heat back on within hours of us calling him and at a fraction of the price that we were quoted by another company. I just wish that we had called him first. I called Max as my elderly parent's furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days this year. The person they called said it would take over a week to put a new one in. Max came out that same night and had the furnace in and up and running the next day. Max was a pleasure to deal with, courteous and professional.

Came home to a cold house. Called Max and arranged a time to come out. Max arrived with a tool box on time. Upon opening the furnace he immediately notice the furnace seized up. Max made a call to obtain a new motor, went and picked it up and arrived back to replace. We did not compare prices to other companies, but Max was very efficient, effective and professional. Money well spent.
