I have been using OTS Heating for several years now (5+), and while they have grown significantly from a two man operation when I first started using them they have hired very personable and honest staff and technicians who continue to win my praises for customer satisfaction and honesty in their trade and would hesitate to use any other outfit.
If you want an honest assesment on the status of your furnace, these are the guys to ask, they won't be trying to sell you a new furnace when all you need is a tuneup. The staff are all personable and friendly and the pricing for the services are certainly within reason without a bunch of extras or "upcharges". They also stand behind their work and answer any questions you may have and address any problems that may arise. I have been very impressed with the service I have received and highly recommend them to anyone.
