Our initial consultation with Chris was most satisfactory. Aside from having the service done one day later than initially scheduled (due to an employee's unexpected illness) everything went very well. They dismantled the old furnace in spite of it being a difficult venture and got everything installed in one day; even having an extra crew over for a few hours to take care of the water heater. Tom and Matt were at our home for 12 hours to make sure everything was done and to our satisfaction.
