SIS Exterior Renovations (S.I.S.)

I have worked with SIS six times over the past several years. Their sales, service and installation is second to none. Kevin has always been our sales consultant. He is very professional and always willing to share his experience and advice. Megan is the coordinator and has easily handled all our our nit-picky changes - she is the glue that holds it all together. Finally, Jeff and Donny have been our installers for the past 3 projects. They are absolute perfectionists and I wouldn't have anyone else install my windows and doors. A great team! Simply fantastic! I highly recommend SIS.

SIS installed new windows several years ago. They were thorough, neat & clean. The windows were remarkably well sealed. New vinyl siding & trim are well trimmed & installed. The crew worked quickly and efficiently in inclement weather. Window trim is crisp & enhances the colour of the siding. Fascia, eave troughs and down spouts were neatly installed and the workers offered good advice on how & where to get the best drainage.
In all, a job well done at reasonable cost in short time. We recommend SIS without hesitation.

From my first meeting with SIS three years ago at the Homeshow to having two new doors installed all of my interactions with them have been professional and helpful.

After a few years of waiting I was finally ready to proceed with getting new doors for my home. Kevin (sales) arrived with choices and helpful recommendations. I chose two doors from Portatec.

Weeks later, Don (installation) arrived and installed the two doors with minimum fuss and mess. The installation was done quickly and I am amazed at the difference moving from builders grade doors to these new doors has made to my overall curb appeal

they removed an old home made door and installed a lovely door with full glass. They were pleasant and qualified installers, they cleaned up and took all the debris away. All we had to do was to enjoy the light that was now in our house. Great job guys. thanks

I appreciated their diligence and honesty. I obtained several quotes before having the windows replaced. They came to my house to meet with me, talk about what I wanted to accomplish and didn’t try to oversell. They weren’t the cheapest, but they did appear to be the most trustworthy and we’re not that much above the others. They were also able to complete some additional repairs while at my house. Very happy with the results.

We chose SIS after reading reviews and getting estimates from other companies. We felt they were a good fit, were efficient and knowledgeable-- which turned out to be the case. Both Leo and Meghan were helpful and patient with our changes and the install crew , Jeremy and Harley were very efficient. We did a whole-house re-siding with all the metals (soffit, fascia, etc) plus one window replacement on our 1990's-built home. Original siding/gutters had been improperly configured 25 years ago so we had a growing water/rot issue to correct. SIS fixed EVERYTHING (including some surprise deficiencies from another company's window install 7 years ago). They were helpful, professional, and communicated well through whole process. Everyone from office to crew was great to work with. Would recommend them to anybody.

We were extremely impressed with the contractors who did the roof. (2 days) They never stopped working, they were so respectful of our property while they worked and very respectful to us. They cleaned up absolutely everything and even dragged a magnet over the lawn and through my perennial beds.
Our siding crew was also very efficient and did not waste time but knew exactly what they were doing. They took the time to correct any mistakes no matter how small. They were respectful of our property also. the boys were on schedule and informed us of any work schedule changes. When they were finished they cleaned up all materials.
We would not hesitate to recommend SIS to anyone interested in getting exterior changes done to their home.

We chose SIS based on a good friend Kevin Russell who works at SIS. Kevin made sure we were well informed on all the products available for our project! Jeff was our 'hands on' master builder and I can't say enough about his excellent workmanship on the job. He made some recommendations that I am thankful for his honesty on suggesting them!!
