Gilbert and his team came and removed asbestos from our very old home in Toronto. To accommodate us, they worked long hours and on the weekends (over the holiday season) to complete the project. Gilbert (the project manager) was very hands-on and professional. He was either on the job site or a phone call away if I had any questions or concerns. I was not home while the work was being done but Gilbert kept me apprised of the progress which was very much appreciated. After the completion of the work, they left the areas of my home in near spotless condition - in fact, cleaner then when they came in to do the job. I would definitely recommend GreenStream. Even though I probably didn't have to but I had an independent company perform air sampling and inspection after the job, and it passed 100%. My home is asbestos-free thanks to Manny and Gilbert's team.

I received excellent service before and after payment. I emphasis after payment because many companies dont care after you have paid them. In addition to the remediation work performed, i received very helpful feedback to prevent future concerns. The team was professional, reasonably priced and did a great job and i would highly recommend them.

Great work from the GreenStream team! Gilbert did a great job keeping me informed as to what the work entailed. Sergio and team were in on time each day, and did a great job with the setup, vermiculite removal and the tear down. They were also very accommodating in changes to my schedule. There was some minor damage to the ceiling, and walls, for which they helped me address to my satisfaction.

Manny Oliviera of GreenStream responded promptly to a request for an estimate to undertake asbestos removal of plaster walls and ceilings and general interior demolition in a home in Toronto. As one of four companies to quote on this job, his detailed estimate was, by far, the most professional. After deciding to engage GreenStream, Manny quickly arranged the logistics and work was underway within a few days. The demolition crew, ably lead by site supervisor Edision, set up all of the asbestos containment requirements and commenced work in accordance with Ministry of Labour requirements. Over a period of several days from start to finish, Edison and his crew arrived promptly every morning and left in the late afternoon after ensuring that the exterior of the site was clean and tidy. They were sensitive to the impact of their work on the adjacent neighbours. Engaging the GreenStream team was one of the best decisions we have made with respect to this major residential renovation project.

I was extremely impressed by Greenstream. I dealt with Manny and he was able to come inspect the job site on the same day and had his crew on-site performing the remediation two days later. They completed a large volume of work quickly and finished ahead of schedule. During the remediation the work site was left in a clean and orderly fashion each evening and all of the workers conducted themselves professionally. Manny was referred to me by the mold specialist we hired to come inspect our new home. Manny showed up right on time for our scheduled appointment with his team of 3 guys, and he walked me through the details on how they would approach the job, and their plan of attack. The team, led by Jose, was very professional, and they took care to lay tarps and create curtain barriers to contain the construction. They left everything as clean as when they arrived.
