Hi Stephen, we greatly appreciate your feedback and even more, your advice to potential customers. Our price structure is based on a set charge or fee for the first 10 vents. Additional ducts or vents to be cleaned do have an extra charge. When doing your total vent count, make sure to include the return vents or ducts. This is a common mistake for first time customers when calculating the total cost of our service. Thank you for your review, it's good to know that you appreciated our quality service. Our company price is by no means expensive compared to other certified companies in our industry.
