We had planned to have it installed that summer as part of a home renovation through The Remodellers (a.k.a. Remodel It). Following their bankruptcy, we were delayed until we got our financial situation figured out again. They worked with us to help resell the tub to another person.
Attempted Purchase of a Caspian 42
Do not do business with them. All deposits are non-refundable - including full payments. We paid in full for a 2014 Caspian 42 hot tub in March 2014. We had planned to have it installed that summer as part of a home renovation through The Remodellers (a.k.a. Remodel It). Following their bankruptcy, we were delayed until we got our financial situation figured out again. Brent informed us that if we are further delayed they would charge us additional costs based on the time we get it delivered.
I would not do any business with this company again.
