Sasha and his team came into our home to help us finish a renovation (partial basement reno with new spa bathroom, potlights, drywalling & painting on main floor) that we had started on our own and that was taking forever to complete. Sasha was very patient in listening to our concerns and wishes and he came up with a written project plan, a written budget proposal and a contract that allowed the accelerated completion of our project. Sasha and his team paid great attention to detail - Their finishes look great and his methodology is all about doing it right the first time (whereas I as the homeowner would have settled for quite a few shortcuts myself).
