The English Painter is a reliable and quality painting business. We have used them twice and both times we were very happy with the work. We dealt with Gareth who is knowledgeable and easy to work with. The jobs started and ended on schedule. The English Painter is a little more expensive than its competitors but you get great service from a quality Painter.

I recently retained The English Painter to paint the inside of my 1-1/2 storey house. They did a terrific job and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Gareth and his assistants were professional, pleasant and easy to work with. Their painting work is excellent -- very professional, and they cleaned up at the end of each day. They were extremely careful with all my furniture and other belongings. They kept me posted of progress, and arrived punctually every day. They were very patient when I changed my mind about some of the colours I had initially chosen. The end result is terrific -- I am a very happy customer and would not hesitate to hire them again!

After contacting The English Painter to have a job done on my East York home I was very impressed with how quickly I received a quote, how efficiently and professionally the job was done and just how smoothly it all went.

I cannot say enough about Gareth and his team (Liam and Alizio). They painted our entire house in a week and that included patching up all our walls, the ceiling and hanging up all our paintings. All of them were very nice, professional and so easy going. Really appreciated the fact that they cleaned up our house every night they finished and left everything in areas that were out of the way. I would be recorded if I did not mention Carol who was always timely in her responses and coordinated the entire project. Hands down I would recommend English Painters to anyone who wants a great job done in a quick and professional manner.

Very efficient and helpful. Painted 2+1 condo unit - all interior walls, baseboards, inside closets, ceilings in kitchen & bathrooms. Their suggested outside colour consultant (no charge) was big timesaver. Gareth and his team's prep work was thorough and meticulous, as was clean up at end of job. Worked well within condo rules and schedules. On time and on budget. Happy camper!

Gareth did a great job of repairing the walls and subsequently painting my sons bedroom. He also caulked the crown moulding in our basement and repainted the ceiling. The job was completed more quickly than I expected. Very pleased with the results.
