How can you be sure exactly that you have employed good cleaners.? Checked all the tops of the cupboards and under beds, wardrobes etc. Floors and rugs were immaculate. Everything was done with great products, so it not only looked clean, but also smelt so fresh. They really show a real personal touch and I am going to continue employing them for my ongoing cleaning requirements. Even my husband had to eat his words as he had stated that I was wasting our money and we could do a better job.

Been using them for three months now. they always stick to their arranged appointments. I also find if you give them the initial instruction then they repeatedly carry out this task. We have been used Golden Maids for the last couple of years, same lady every time. We are happy with her and usually do not ask for another maid, if there occur anything. We were expecting guests the week when our maid got sick, of course, we needed our house to be ready. We called the company. I should mention that I really appreciate their commitment! I do understand that it’s difficult to arrange last minute appointment. At the middle of the day, they called me back and provided another maid. And she did an amazing job. Very friendly and helpful! I asked her to help me with washing the dishes and ironing table cloth, even if it is not included in ordinary service, she gladly accepted. It was a pleasure to see that a ‘new-comer’ in your house is not only doing a good job but also creating a friendly atmosphere, so I felt no pressure or discomfort having a different maid. Now I have no worries when calling Golden Maids because they really care!

To be honest, we had some experience with cleaning service before and the result we received was not the one we had expected. So, we didn’t expect that much this time, either, we just needed a little of help. Maybe the rule of “expecting less, receive more” worked this time…BUT! The cleaning was fantastic!!! Really well done!!! It looked like a new life was given to our house! Everything was sparkling! Every piece of baseboard was washed with such a detail (!)…and window sills, and door frames…A really professional and conscious approach! Such a job should be rewarded! I wanted to get a spring cleaning and occasionally came across Golden Maids when searching through HomeStars. I just called them and immediately got a quote.
Usually, we do cleaning by our own but it is too stressful when it comes to details, especially closets and mirrors. We wanted them to shine. We had Norma coming to our house and she did an amazing job. All the cabinet units were cleaned from top to bottom and nicely dried. No prints, no stains, no solution marks remained. It took time but I have to say, it’s worth it! Thank you for your loyalty and devotion! It was a good beginning of our collaboration!

I ordered Golden Package and was 100% satisfied. I had two ladies cleaning my house who did a fantastic job! Very friendly, polite and detail-oriented maids. When I checked the cleaning I felt like ‘Yes! I wanted it to be done exactly this way!’ My house was in a perfect condition. Kitchen was so clean that even our old-fashioned stove looked like a new one. All the bathrooms were sparkling. They washed and sanitized tile grouts!!! The detail I was really happy about! Every corner was dusted, vacuumed and washed. A good and professional approach! Highly recommend!
