Integrity, professionalism and attention to detail best describe Andrew and Lusso design.
He was patient, extremely knowledgable and truly cared about his clients and doing a great job. He knew our door would be a bit of a challenge (as we have an older home) and he sent his best guy (Alex) to do the job. We are extremely happy with the end result. His attention to detail and strive for excellent customer service are the main (but not only) reasons I would recommend him again. He remembered finite details of our order (style of door, colour) and kept his word (sending his best guy, replacing a panel when needed). He even added an additional lock we had purchased at a store! Over the top customer service, truly.
