Snap Pest Control

Used Snap Pest Control to eliminate a spider issue in my home (6000sq ft) 3yr ago. They solved the problem and plugged all the cracks to prevent re-entry.They came back every year for follow up. Thanks Snap for your help. My wife thanks you everyday!

had a bad mouse problem that I was dealing with for a few months. I was a little hesitant to pay a lot of money as I thought the problem was coming from my neighbors house which I was attached to. I was going to go with one of the other company's that put poison out and guaranteed it for 6 months. After talking to Snap Pest Control I decided to go with him and do an inspection. Needless to say he found the spot that they where coming in and showed me how to fix it and even left some poison to get rid of the ones inside. Well worth it. The only regret was not going for the full service. By the time I spent money on materials and the time to fix the issues properly didn't save me that much money as have him do it.

I had a suspected flea problem in my house, my daughter contacted Jo, he and his assistant came and gave a thorough inspection of the house, the mattress, the sofa, the baseboard, the fireplace etc. He also checked my hair for lice.

I told him I had bites on my face,neck, arms & legs, at once he said that was impossible, because fleas could not jump that high, and that the bites usually came in a cluster. He suspected I had an allergy of some sort & advised me to see my family doctor. My doctor confirmed his suspicion. To put my mind at ease he placed sticky board in the kitchen, the family rm, the living rm, my bedroom & the bathroom to catch whatever kind of pest that was bothering me, & I had to give him an updated every week for the coming 3 weeks.

He called me the first week, but the result was negative. I called him the 2nd wk but he was not in, & within the hour he called me bk, still nothing was trapped. I called him again on the 3 wk, still there was no pest on the board, he came on the same day to give the final inspection, and told me there probably was not a problem.

I was so thrilled that my house was pest free, and was really impressed that Jo spend time to pin point the problem first before spraying. in my opinion he is an honest, friendly, knowledgeable professional who will take his time to listen to customer, pin point & solved their problem and not the kind of person who will rush through the service and get the money. If I have a future pest problem I will surely call him back. Also I highly recommended his service to anyone who has a pest problem because you know you will be in good hands.

It is so awful to have to deal with rodent removal. Joe and his staff at Snap are fast, efficient and dedicated to making your pests problems disappear quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone with any kind of pest removal.

I am a property manager and one of my tenants had an issue with mice in their unit. I found Snap Pest control on homestars after using other competitors in the past and not being satisfied with the results. I must say I am very glad I decided to to use Snap Pest control as I found that other companies in the past would only find a temporary solution and each visit would be about 30 minutes. I always felt that was not enough time for these older, downtown century homes. Joe came by and did full thorough inspection of both the exterior and interior. During this time he was very informative and allowed me to follow him around while explaining each step of the process. I have had companies in the past just lay out bait, only to have the mice return after 6 months. I could tell Joe wanted a permanent solution as he sealed all the crevices and gaps in my exterior wall with wire and cement! As a property manager, this is kind of customer service that helps so that I can provide a rodent free environment for my tenants. I would recommend Snap Pest Control, as Joe is passionate, well informed and knowledgeable. Also I would like to add that his prices are very reasonable compared to the other guys who charge more for a 30 min band aid solution.

My townhouse backs on to a ravine so I was not surprised when I saw mice droppings. Every fall the mice would be back. 3 weeks before Christmas the problem seemed to be getting worse. I looked online and found Joe with SNAP. We made an appointment that week and he spent over 2 hours looking inside and out. He determined where they were getting in and sealed the holes. He also put bait around the "heavily traffic" area. Joe called me after a few weeks to see how things were going. The mice did not eat all the bait so we are hopeful there will be no more! Joe is very professional and cares about his work. I have always been a big fan of supporting small businesses and Joe did not disappoint.

Using his fiberoptic camera he explored the potential entry points, and he spent extra time to help remove decking and install a permanent fix to the source of the problem. Even in the freezing weather conditions, he took his time and did a thorough job. I highly recommend.

I had a major issue with mice in my house. I had mice in a previous home and dealt with ORKIN and was very dissatisfied with their expensive prices and more importantly, the mice came back and back. This time was so bad that I was very concerned for the health and well being of my children. I purchased some traditional-style mouse traps from Dollarama, needless to say, they did not work. I figured I would splurge and buy some traps from Canadian Tire. More droppings and more mice. I then found Joe from snap pest control on homestars. I had no idea that professional pest control could be so affordable and reliable. Kudos Joe, hands down the best pest control around!

I was referred to Joe by a friend, What a GREAT person he is. He was able to inspect my Mom's home for termites and found that there was no activity at all, My 1st inspection by another pest co. said they were termites costing $10000 to treat them I knew right away the other pest control co was not honest. I had a terrible issue with carpet beetles and moths in my apartment -- Joe was able to pinpoint the source in about 5 minutes, which was a huge relief, since this came after another company put me through 2 sprayings and 3 inspections...without anyone thinking to look at the box spring (or even pick up the whole mattress). Joe was incredibly kind, patient and most importantly, knowledgeable. He also seems to love his job -- which is amazing and, I think rare. (It's not your first thought when you think pest control, right?) You'll see pictures of damage by different types of pests on his website because he actually gets excited about taking photos of the work he does and sharing correct information with the world. Mine will even be up there I think...look for some gross little carpet beetle larvae...!
